THE FALCON MEDIEVAL BANQUET

Let us take you back to the reign of King Stephen in the year of our Lord, 1138. 

Feasting, jousting, music, merriment and good liquor were enjoyed by nobles and peasants alike. In The Falcon Mews, our medieval banqueting hall, we re-create this atmosphere. With sumptious food, elegant music, dance and entertainment the stage is set for a night to remember.

Here is a menu of a Banquet, comprising food that would have been well known in 1138. You could have the same or something quite different.
